Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sebring, FL
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Sebring, FL area. Required Qualifications (Florida):
All applicants must meet state and local requirements for school-based SLPs, including:

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Florida Department of Health
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
-
Florida Department of Education certification may be required by the district
-
Current CPR certification
-
Clear background screening and fingerprinting
-
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
-
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and accommodations
-
Promote functional communication across academic and social settings
