Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time, on-site services in Sebastopol, CA for the full school year. This role will support a K–12 caseload, offering meaningful opportunities to help students improve their communication and succeed academically.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Support students in developing communication and social interaction skills
Qualifications
- Active California SLP license required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $60 to $75 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
