Required Background and Experience:

  • Valid WA SLP Licensure/Certification.
  • Active SLP-CCC credential.
  • Previous experience or strong background in K-12 school settings.
  • Completion of OSPI fingerprinting process prior to start.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students across grades K-12.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions onsite.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to district documentation requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.
