Required Background and Experience:
- Valid WA SLP Licensure/Certification.
- Active SLP-CCC credential.
- Previous experience or strong background in K-12 school settings.
- Completion of OSPI fingerprinting process prior to start.
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students across grades K-12.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions onsite.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to district documentation requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.
