Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Renton, WA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school located in Renton, WA. This contract role spans the current school year, from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with a standard 7.5-hour workday totaling 37.5 hours per week. The position requires in-person work.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Washington State SLP License
- Education Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Completion of fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
- Possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as an SLP is preferred
- Experience working with K-12 student caseloads
- Ability to provide direct speech-language pathology services within a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies
