Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students across Washington State. In this remote role, you will deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions to support students’ communication goals. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to help students achieve their academic and social communication milestones.
Responsibilities:

Provide virtual speech-language therapy sessions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct assessments and monitor student progress through telepractice platforms

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other team members to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal guidelines

Adhere to professional ethical standards and teletherapy best practices
Qualifications:

Valid Washington State SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) required

Experience delivering teletherapy preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage students effectively in a virtual environment

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
