Position: Speech Language Pathologist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This position is perfect for a clinician committed to helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing skills to enhance their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing

Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs

Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Monitor patient progress and maintain thorough, accurate documentation

Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
-
Current Washington state license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-
Experience working with diverse populations is an advantage

Starting pay at $48 per hour, depending on experience
