Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a K–12 general education team in Seattle for the 2025–2026 academic year. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability, and is ideal for professionals looking to support students in a dynamic school environment.
Whether you are already working in a school setting and seeking a change, or transitioning from a clinical environment to education, this opportunity offers strong support and the benefit of a school-based schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments and therapy for K–12 students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Deliver direct and consultative services as outlined in IEPs
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student development

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Washington State SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
-
CFY applicants may be considered with supervision availability

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
