About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a credentialed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to school-aged students across Washington. This is a fully remote, full-time position ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting communication development in children and adolescents through innovative and accessible therapy methods.
Our virtual SLPs serve a critical role in helping students reach their academic and developmental goals. If you’re confident in delivering evidence-based speech therapy in a digital format and enjoy working collaboratively with school teams, this opportunity is for you.
Primary Duties:

Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population (K–12)

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Develop and manage IEPs and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

Document services and maintain accurate records using school district platforms

Collaborate regularly with general and special education staff, parents, and school administrators

Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student support planning

Adapt therapy materials and activities for remote delivery using teletherapy best practices
Qualifications:
-
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Washington SLP License
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred

Teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required

Must have access to high-speed internet and a private, distraction-free work environment

Comfortable using digital therapy tools, platforms, and documentation systems
