School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Near Sealston, VA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated K–12 school team near Sealston, VA. In this school-based role, you’ll work with students to support their speech and language development, helping them build the communication skills needed for academic and social success. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs.

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success.

Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes.
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Active Virginia state SLP license (or eligibility).
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome!

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
School-based experience is a plus, but not required.
