Remote SLP Case Manager Delaware District Services
We are seeking a Remote SLP Case Manager to provide both therapy and caseload management to students in Delaware. In this 1099 role, you'll serve as the lead SLP for assigned students, handling scheduling, therapy, documentation, and IEP coordination. You’ll act as the main point of contact for schools and families, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery. This is a great opportunity for highly organized clinicians who enjoy managing the full continuum of services.
Duties:

Deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals

Schedule and document all services for assigned students

Serve as lead SLP contact for school staff and families

Coordinate evaluations and progress updates

Write and revise IEP goals and service plans

Monitor compliance with all service minutes

Maintain timely and accurate records
-
Lead or attend virtual IEP and eligibility meetings

Communicate regularly with special education staff

Manage caseload independently while meeting state deadlines

Document Medicaid billing (if required)

Track goal progress for quarterly reporting

Support general education teachers with strategies

Refer students for additional services when needed

Maintain licensure and certification for independent practice

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
