A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support students in a K-12 educational setting in Scranton, PA. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students with autism, emotional disturbance, and multiple disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Manage a caseload that is nearly at capacity, requiring strong organizational skills and time management.
Qualifications:
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
- Skills in managing diverse caseloads including students with autism and emotional disturbances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Scranton, PA.
