Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Scottsdale, AZ

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- School-based experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting
- Develop individualized therapy plans in line with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document and report student progress, maintaining compliance with district and federal standards
- Provide guidance and consultation to staff and families regarding communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
