About the Position
We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Scandia, MN! This exciting opportunity allows you to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them develop essential communication skills in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance student success.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely progress reports.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Minnesota state licensure as an SLP.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs.
