What we’re seeking:
- Current Georgia SLP license and GaPSC Teaching Certificate (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience providing therapy or assessments in K-12 schools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services and interventions to eligible students (caseload details forthcoming)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes for compliance and reporting
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as part of the student support team
