Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – Savannah, GA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Savannah, GA area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered for this role:

Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Maintain an active Georgia state license issued by the Georgia Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
-
Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
-
Possess or be eligible for a Clear Renewable Service Certificate (S-5 Certificate) through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC)
-
Have proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting

Meet all background check and fingerprinting requirements as mandated by local school districts

Typical Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for:

Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech, language, and communication needs

Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans

Providing direct and consultative services to students in individual or group settings
-
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
-
Monitoring and documenting student outcomes and progress toward goals
-
Ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines and IEP timelines
