A K-12 school in Saint Joseph, MN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for both the current school year (CSY) and the next school year (NSY). This contract position requires a professional skilled in delivering speech therapy services within a school environment to support students’ communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy assessments and interventions to K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children
- Ability to engage and motivate students across diverse age groups
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location: Saint Joseph, Minnesota
