Pediatric School-Based SLP | Sauk Rapids, Minnesota
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for a dedicated professional ready to support K-12 students through a combined caseload across two schools. This full school year contract offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both in-person and virtual settings within a dynamic educational environment located in Sauk Rapids, MN.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language pathology services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other support staff to enhance student communication outcomes.
- Providing services through teletherapy as needed to support virtual learning.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in line with school policies and state guidelines.
Qualifications and experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings.
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Familiarity with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of developmental and educational speech-language challenges.
Location: Sauk Rapids, Minnesota (flexibility for virtual service options)
