Position Overview:
Join Soliant as a contract school-based Speech-Language Pathologist serving a district near Sardis, MS. This role involves providing evaluation, treatment, and progress monitoring for students with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in a school environment. You’ll work alongside special education staff and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Pay Range: $50 – $60 per hour/week (depending on experience and schedule)
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or Speech & Hearing Science
-
Current license or ability to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Mississippi

Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Experience in school-based SLP role preferred

Ability to evaluate, develop plans, conduct therapy, and monitor progress

Strong collaboration skills with educators and administrators
-
Background check and eligibility to work in public schools
State specific requirements (Mississippi):

Meet Mississippi licensure criteria: master’s degree in SLP/communicative disorders/hearing science required.

Require completion of nine (9) months of supervised professional employment for full licensure.

Passage of the national examination in speech-language pathology (Praxis or equivalent) is required.
