Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Saratoga Springs, New York

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatric and school-based therapy. This position focuses on supporting elementary school students, providing comprehensive speech and language services within an educational setting from November through April 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions according to students’ needs.
- Utilize teletherapy techniques when appropriate to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State SLP License and TSSLD Certification are required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within healthcare or educational environments.
- Familiarity with teletherapy and CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) experience is advantageous.
Location: This role is based in Niskayuna, NY, serving an elementary school community.
Schedule: This is a part-time contract position averaging 35 hours per week during the school year.
