Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Employment Type: 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)
Contract Length: Full school year
Setting: Elementary and PreK caseload

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to elementary and PreK students. This position is for four days per week (.8 FTE) for the full school year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat students with speech and language disorders

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active state licensure and required certifications

  • Experience with elementary and PreK populations preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
