A rewarding opportunity for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) is available within the School District in Bradenton, FL. This contract position involves supporting early childhood special education programs across two schools, Sea Breeze Elementary and Abel Elementary, through the end of May 2026.
Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy services to diverse preschool-aged students, including those in ESE PK, intensive ESE PK, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) units, and integrated preschool settings. You will work on-site to deliver tailored interventions and collaborate with educational teams to enhance student communication outcomes.
Location: Bradenton, Florida
Contract Duration: ASAP through May 29, 2026
Schools: Sea Breeze Elementary and Abel Elementary
Workload: Two full-time SLP positions available
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida SLP license required
- Master's degree preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree considered
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome—SLP Assistants will not be accepted at this time
- Experience working with early childhood populations and diverse special education needs is beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for preschool students
