Key Responsibilities:
- Providing speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students with diverse needs
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conducting assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Supporting communication development in a classroom setting, including specialized units for Autism and Exceptional Student Education
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates are not being considered for this role
- Recent graduates completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Experience working with children in school settings preferred, especially with diverse learner populations
