Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a part-time opportunity in La Mesa, CA. This role focuses on Early Start assessments for children from birth to 3 years old.
This position offers a flexible schedule and a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families during a critical developmental period.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual (Spanish-English) speech and language assessments for children ages 0–3

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans

Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate evaluations and recommendations

Complete documentation and reporting in compliance with Early Start program requirements
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP License (or eligibility)

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Prior experience with Early Start or birth-to-three populations preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
