Grades 9 - 12 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elma, Washington

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Previous experience working with adolescents is highly valued
- Strong ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in grades 9–12
- Assess, diagnose, and document students’ communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain clear records, data, and progress notes to track student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding classroom strategies and accommodations
