A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school in Rohnert Park, CA, with an assignment running from ASAP through the end of the school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to support a lead SLP in delivering quality speech and language services to students across all grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead SLP to implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs and progress
- Provide direct therapy in one-on-one and small group settings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff
- Ability to assist and collaborate effectively with the lead SLP
- Flexibility to adapt therapy strategies based on individual student needs
