Job Opening: Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Location: Rohnert Park, CA – Elementary School Campus
Start Date: August 2025
Compensation: Starting at $60/hour (competitive based on experience and regional norms)
Position Overview:
Join a vibrant elementary school team in Rohnert Park as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, you'll play a key role in helping TK–5 students develop their communication skills. This position follows a standard school-day schedule and offers a positive, collaborative environment.
?? Key Duties:

Carry out therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP

Provide individualized and small-group speech/language support

Track progress through accurate data collection and reporting

Coordinate with teachers, staff, and families

Prepare engaging therapy materials and support scheduling

Follow all professional and educational regulations and standards
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in SLPA program or equivalent coursework

Active California SLP license (required)

Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Passion for supporting diverse student populations
