A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to provide direct therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting located in Quartz Hill, CA. This role focuses on delivering onsite speech and language support to students with varying communication needs from early childhood through high school.

This position requires a dedicated professional with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who has experience working with pediatric populations in educational environments. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with no travel between locations—assigned to a single school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ specific needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school guidelines
  • Provide therapy services in individual and group settings, ensuring student engagement and progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
  • Commitment to working onsite full-time during school hours

Location: Quartz Hill, California
Schedule: ASAP start – June 5, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Setting: Onsite only, single school location, K-12 students
