This role focuses on providing comprehensive Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services within a K-12 school setting located in Santa Clara, CA. The position involves working primarily with elementary caseloads, supporting students' communication development and addressing speech and language disorders.

Multiple opportunities are available:

  • One full-time SLP position, starting in January
  • One part-time SLP position (2 to 2.5 days per week), starting in December
  • One part-time SLP position (3 days per week), starting in December

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology at the CCC level preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting elementary school caseloads
  • Strong knowledge of K-12 educational settings and compliance standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining flexibility
