About the Role
ProCare Therapy is seeking 1–2 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality speech and language services to elementary students. This is an onsite-only position working with a caseload of approximately 45–55 students with a range of needs, from mild to severe behaviors.
Position Details

Caseload: Elementary (Grades K–5)

Students with mild to severe behavioral and communication needs

Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs

Provide direct therapy and consult with teachers, parents, and staff

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current California SLP license and/or ASHA CCC-SLP
-
School-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
