Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification and CTC credential required
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

- Collaborative spirit and adaptability working with a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver targeted direct therapy services to elementary students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and on-site SLPAs
- Participate in school meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Support the integration of communication strategies within the school environment
