Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Los Angeles, California
A K-12 school in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services throughout the school year. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, offering an opportunity to work within a diverse and dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students K-12
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with pediatric populations
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- SLPA licensure required for collaboration and support within the school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to student growth and success
