Job Description:
Seminole County Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary and middle school students. This role requires collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development and academic success.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services to students

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the educational team

Stay current with best practices and professional development
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related field

FL State License
-
SLP-CCC certification through ASHA
-
Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred
