Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our K-12 school team full-time near Sandy, OR. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to contribute their skills and make an impact in a positive school setting while advancing their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success

  • Maintain detailed documentation and attend IEP meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Oregon SLP license or eligibility

  • ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working with children or in school settings

  • Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes
