Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a school-based position in Sandston, VA. This role supports K-12 students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students K-12

  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families

  • Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation

  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain

  • Prior school-based experience 

  • Clinical Fellows (CFYs) with relevant experience are welcome

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time
