Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in San Pablo, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. We have five positions available, each requiring a commitment to providing exceptional onsite speech and language services.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
Qualifications:
For SLP:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
For SLPA:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Current California state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
