This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to support students across multiple schools in the Buda, TX area. Working onsite, you will provide essential speech and language services at one high school, one middle school, and a nearby private school on a part-time basis. This role is a contract position, covering a backfill from December 19 through the end of the school year (EOSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Provide therapy and intervention services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and state regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY preferred)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly at the middle and high school levels
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple schools and environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Willingness to work onsite in Buda, TX
