Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – San Marcos, TX
Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in San Marcos, TX for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, contract position serving a K–12 caseload. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about supporting student success through high-quality speech and language services.

Typical Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in alignment with their IEPs
-
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine eligibility and needs
-
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
-
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff
-
Address a variety of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and voice
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Must meet all local and state requirements for school-based services
-
Previous school-based experience is preferred

Experience with special education students and families is highly valued
