Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: San Marcos, TX
School Year: 2025–2026 (August–May)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Caseload: 60–65 students, K–12th grade
Campuses: May serve 1–2 campuses within the district
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Texas SLP License (or eligible before start date)

  • School-based experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct therapy services for K–12 students

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations

  • Develop and monitor IEP goals

  • Participate in ARD meetings

  • Maintain documentation and progress reports per district guidelines
