Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Arizona SLP License
- Current Arizona Educator Certificate
- IVP Fingerprint Card (issued by Arizona DPS)
- Prior experience delivering speech/language therapy in school settings preferred
- Passion for working with children across a diverse PreK-8 caseload
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work solely onsite (no teletherapy for this assignment)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services according to IEPs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and optimize strategies
- Document services, progress reports, and maintain all required records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment
