Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Arizona Education Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with K-8 student populations in school settings
- Completion of IVP Fingerprint Card background checks in accordance with state regulations
- Ability to manage and maintain caseloads effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and delivering targeted interventions
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals and progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reports as required by school policies and state guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities
