Soliant Health Schools - SLP Contract Today Apply

Step into a vital support role making a difference in elementary schools as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This is an in-person, contract opportunity beginning September 25, 2026, and continuing until an internal candidate is secured. You'll provide essential assistance to teams at two locations, ensuring optimal speech and language resources for students—without the responsibility of being the primary SLP at any site.

Your weekly schedule will include full-time hours, 8am–3pm, Monday through Friday. You will spend part of your week at an elementary school with mid to moderate caseloads and the other part at a site serving general and preschool populations. This position is designed to address increased student needs and caseload overflow across both schools; some days may feature assessment duties to further support staff.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Speech-Language Pathology experience in schools
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • California SLP licensure preferred, but not required
  • Solid background in providing direct therapy and conducting assessments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work at different school sites as needed
  • Clear and positive communication style, collaborative approach with teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to students with a variety of needs
  • Support existing SLPs by managing caseload overflow
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with school staff across multiple sites
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
  • Adjust to site assignments and priorities each week

This rewarding position offers the chance to expand your experience in a collaborative educational environment while providing invaluable support to students in need. Take the next step in your speech-language career and apply now to help shape student success for the school year ahead!

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
