ProCare Therapy is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a welcoming school district in the San Jose, CA area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with PreK–Elementary students, helping them strengthen their communication and social skills in a supportive educational setting.

? What You’ll Do

Provide direct speech and language services aligned with each student’s IEP.

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments.

Develop engaging therapy plans that target speech, language, fluency, and voice needs.

Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Maintain progress reports and attend IEP meetings to share student growth updates.
? What We’re Looking For
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain).

ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome!

Prior school-based or pediatric experience a plus.

Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
