Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in San Jose, CA. This full-time position serves a K–12 caseload, providing therapy and support that help students build confidence and achieve academic and social success.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to meet IEP goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance learning outcomes.

Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP License (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates considered

Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
