SLP San Jose, CA Assessment Experience Preferred
Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time onsite position in San Jose, CA. This role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year. The selected SLP will manage a PreK caseload at one site, supporting early learners in speech and language development. Candidates with preschool assessment experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop IEP goals

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation

Utilize evidence-based practices to support student progress
Qualifications

Active California SLP License and ASHA CCCs (CFs may be considered)

Prior experience in preschool settings and assessments preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $65 to $75 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
