Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
Location: San Jose, California
Position: Full-Time, W2
Caseload: K–12
Hourly Rate: $50–$62/hour (based on experience)
Overview:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a full-time school-based role in San Jose, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K–12 student population within a supportive and collaborative school environment. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping students enhance their communication skills and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:

Perform speech and language assessments and evaluations

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services to students

Document student progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
School-based experience preferred, but not required
