Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

Hourly Rate: $50–$62/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: W2, with weekly direct deposit
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to join a high-performing school team in San Jose, California. This full-time, on-site position focuses on providing direct and consultative services to a high school student population.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy services to high school students

Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress

Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families

Support the communication needs of students in both academic and social contexts

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
Required Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Experience working in a school or adolescent setting preferred

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Commitment to equity, student advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
