School Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)

Pay Rate: $50–$65/hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to serve a school district in San Jose, California. In this role, you’ll work with a diverse student population to support speech, language, and communication development in an educational setting.

Position Highlights:

Provide speech and language therapy to students across grade levels

Conduct assessments and write reports as part of the IEP process

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes

Deliver services aligned with student goals and state guidelines

Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
What You Need:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
-
California SLP License (active or in process)

Previous school experience is helpful but not required

Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
