Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Part-Time (on-site)
Pay Range: $50–$62 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: W-2 Contract
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide part-time services for a local school district in San Jose, California. This position is working directly with students in a supportive school environment. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and supporting students with speech and language needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–12 students
-
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility and service needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families

Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs will be considered)

Previous experience in school settings preferred but not required
