Schedule: 2.5 days per week (18 hours total)

Position Overview:
Baldwin Elementary School in San Jose, CA is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services 2.5 days per week (18 hours total). This is a great opportunity for a provider seeking a consistent, elementary-only caseload in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed

Develop treatment plans and contribute to IEP development and meetings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Maintain appropriate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP License
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)
-
School-based experience is preferred
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
