Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in San Jose, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and licensed SLPs (CCC). We are offering flexible scheduling, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Position Details:

Setting: K–12 school environment

Schedule: Flexible — part-time or full-time

Start Date: August/Fall 2025

Caseload: Based on preference, experience, and availability

Location: On-site in San Jose, CA

Support: Clinical fellow supervision available for CFYs

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience and schedule

Contract: 2025–2026 school year, with potential renewal
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive speech-language reports
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Provide direct therapy services to students
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP License or eligibility for licensure
-
ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

Previous experience in school settings is a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills
